1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All prices are quoted in INR and include applicable taxes.

4. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to your booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

5. Liability

Spiceland Holidays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.

Cancellation Policy

• 0-15 days prior to stay – No Refund (on the full amount)
• 15-25 days prior to stay – 50% refund (on the full amount)
• 25-45 days prior to stay – 75% refund (on the full amount)
• More than 45 days prior to stay – 90% refund (on the full amount)
• No Refund for reservations between 20th December to 10th January
• In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.

General Policy

• Check-in time is 12:00 noon & Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
• A guaranteed reservation will be held until 18:00 hrs unless a late arrival is specified.
• In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations after the cutoff date.
• In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite your holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange alternate accommodation & transport you at our cost.
